Also, you need to take five seconds to pause after each jump. In case you skip a jump, you should run 10 feet in reverse. The same rules are applicable to the rest of the group. You must do a pause and run 10 feet in reverse. This will help you develop better leg strength. Also, you can perform this exercise indoors or outdoors. When practicing it indoors, your hands should be at the back of your head.
  6. Crunches To do this, lie on your back with your legs bent. Then, bring your left leg to your left and right and pull your right arm up.
