Warm Skin Tone VS Cool
The skin on the head and face is of the utmost importance and there is no doubt that the colour of your skin tone impacts the quality of your appearance. A skin tone that is too light is often considered dull and the opposite is also true. When most people consider the skin on the face and head, they tend to forget about the eyes and eyebrows.
The eyes and eyebrows do, however, also have a strong impact on the general appearance of your skin tone. You see, when your eyes and eyebrows are too light it is almost impossible to hide your age.
It’s just that simple. If you have a grey tinge, or a blue or green tinge, that can be easily hidden with a well-applied cosmetic or beauty product. If, however, your eyes and eyebrows have a yellowish colour tinge, you will struggle to hide that yellow colour with any kind of product. Yellow makes your skin look dull and yellow is the colour of age. Yellow often tends to occur when you get older and when it does it is quite noticeable and you don’t want to have that effect on your appearance.
You may have blue or green eyes but if you also have a yellow tinge in your eyebrows that is also visible. Your overall skin tone will be visible in all its glory. If you are fair-skinned, with yellow in your eyebrows and eyes, and a yellowish tinge to your complexion you will have the same effect as a much older person. You may appear to be youthful and vibrant but in reality, you are no longer that.
All this means is that you look better in appearance than in fact you really are. You have been given a much younger appearance but the skin you have is no longer as young as you may have thought. It has aged and will show on your face. You need to think about what you are telling yourself about your appearance and about how it is impacting your daily life. That yellow colour on the face and on the eyes does not represent your true self and you need to be able to move past it and not define yourself by this yellow colour on your face.
Make sure you treat your skin as best you can. Cleanse and remove make-up before you go to bed each night and before you look in the mirror. Use a good quality, high powered skin lightening product which is effective and will lighten and remove those yellow pigments from the skin.
For the first couple of weeks use the product every day and then at least every other day to make sure that your skin really does look and feel lighter. Keep using the product and you will gradually see the difference. Make sure you get lots of sleep and if you are having any problems with your skin make sure you tell your practitioner or doctor. There are lots of things you can do for your skin. You can try changing your diet and eating better.
You can look at your skin and see what you are putting in and on it and see if there are any additives or chemicals that are causing an imbalance in your system. You can learn to relax. If you know that you like to listen to music as you relax, then listening to music that you feel will make you feel calm.
You need to think about how you feel about your appearance and ask yourself what impact it is having on your life. You need to come up with some positive strategies that will help you move beyond your “I look awful” thinking. You need to look after yourself and your appearance. You need to take care of your skin and see how you can make your skin lighter.
You can go to your local beauty salon and get your skin lightened or you can find a good skin lightener online. Either way, it is important that you do the best you can to get your skin as healthy as possible.
Do your friends and family talk about how you look? You should listen to them. If they are honest, then they will be happy to share how they see you and they will not have any problem in saying what they think about your skin. You need to hear the honest opinions of your friends and family. You can use their feedback as a point of reference.
